This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Cardreadertech (Cardreadertech.com, We, Our, Us).

1. Your Account
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much the information you provided in the Your Account area of the website.
Cardreadertech.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content and cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charging you.

2. Access to Cardreadertech.com
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

3. License for website access
Cardreadertech.com grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Cardreadertech.com. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Cardreadertech.com and its affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Cardreadertech.com’s or its affiliates’ names or trademarks without the express written consent of Cardreadertech.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Cardreadertech.com.
You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Welcome page of Cardreadertech.com as long as the link does not portray Cardreadertech.com, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Cardreadertech.com logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without our express written consent.

4. Your conduct
Our staff has the right to work in a safe and peaceful environment. We will not tolerate any kind of abusing language, abusing behaviour or assault towards our staff.
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You must understand that you, and not Cardreadertech.com, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the website or our products for any of the following:

• for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
• you will safeguard the use and distribution of our products and make an effort to prevent illegal use from occurring;
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any “spam”;
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

5. Product License and Usage Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Cardreadertech (we, our, us). This agreement covers all hardware and software that is distributed with our products, for which there is no separate license agreement.

By opening or breaking the seal of the package, using our products, installing or downloading the software, or using our products and/or the software that has been preloaded or is embedded in our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARDREADERTECH OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA TRANSFERRED TO AND FROM OUR PRODUCTS, FOR ITS USAGE, FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR INCOME OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED.

You must understand that you, and not us, is responsible for all data transferred to and from our products and for their usage. We are not responsible for anything you do with our products. You must not use our products in any way that will, or is likely to breach any law. You must not use our products for any fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.

You must not use our products to obtain any information without the owner’s knowledge or approval. You must not send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any “spam”. You and your applications of our products must not cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety. You will safeguard the use and distribution of our products and make any effort to prevent illegal use from occurring.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate upon the conditions set forth above or if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you agree that the Hardware, Software and accompanying materials, and all copies thereof, will be destroyed. This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom, People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and British Virgin Islands.

Each provision of this agreement is severable. If a provision is found to be unenforceable, this finding does not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, terms, or conditions of this agreement.

This agreement is binding on successors and assigns.

You agree and we agree to waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any right to a jury trial with respect to any dispute and all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Because this waiver may not be effective in some jurisdictions, this waiver may not apply to you. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, that you understand it, that you agree to be bound by its terms, and that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and us regarding the Hardware and Software.

6. Returns
We offer a cooling-off period of seven business days to all customers. Within this period we offer full refunds or exchange with the exception of the transport and transfer fees.
You agree that we do not have to issue any refund or replacement after the cooling-off period. However, we are to evaluate your situation and we might issue them solely at our own discretion.

7. Warranty

7.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that all of our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixty (60) days for OEM products and one (1) year for all other products unless otherwise stated. This period is counted from the date of the shipment.

To repair the device under warranty, the customer has to send an email than we will then e-mail an RMA number, the shipping address and instructions. The product will then have to be returned by the customer to the specified address (to our factory or facility). We will, without charge, repair or replace at our option, any product returned for warranty work and found to be defective by us.

If we will find that the returned product is defective and falls within the terms of this warranty, we will ship free of charge the product, back to the customer with a postal or courier service at our own discretion.

This warranty will not apply to any of our products which should have been:

• Repaired or altered (except by us)
• Tampered with or the seal case has been broken (if applicable)
• Poured onto glue or any other kind of liquids / substances
• Subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.

In no case shall our liability exceed the purchase price. The mentioned provisions do not extend the original warranty period of any product which either been repaired or replaced by us. The user is solely responsible for determining if the product is usable in his or her application.

We will not cover, under any circumstances, any customs or customs processing charges. Any such charges will be billed to the customer.

If a product has been returned for warranty repair and it is found to be in working order, we will charge a revision fee (usually 80 USD unless otherwise stated) and the shipping fees to return it back to the customer; in this case we will not cover the customer’s shipping fees.

7.2 Out of Warranty Repairs

We provide out of warranty repair service. Minimum charges will apply for working or non-working hardware returned for service.

To return any product for service or to obtain an estimated price, please contact via email If we accept your repair we will issue a RMA number and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

After we test and evaluate the fault, the customer will be notified via e-mail of the services that need to be performed and the value of the repair. The product will not be returned to the customer until the payment is completed. Our accepted payment methods are detailed via email.

All our repairs are warranted for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipment. This warranty applies only to those goods which were found to be defective and repaired; it does not apply to products in which no defect was found. Warranty covers the normal product use outlined in our Limited Warranty.

7.3 Obsolete Product Repair

We will continue to repair obsolete products as long as a qualified support technician is available to perform the repair and replacement component parts and test stands are commercially available.

7.4 Returned shipments

NOTE: All products must be returned to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the RMA issue date. If products are not received within the stated thirty (30) calendar-day period, the RMA will become invalid and will be canceled. The customer must obtain a new RMA for any cancelled RMA.

When returning hardware for service, the product must be packaged appropriately for safe shipment and sent prepaid. Use of the original packaging is recommended. It is also recommended that all returned products are insured or sent by a shipping method that provides package tracking. Responsibility for loss/damage does not transfer to us until the returned product is received by us or one of our authorized representative.

8. Customs

Products are shipped by and from our contractor which is located in People’s Republic of China. When ordering goods from Cardreadertech.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Cardreadertech.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

9. Children
Cardreadertech.com does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Cardreadertech.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

10. Electronic communications
When you visit Cardreadertech.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Waiver
If you breach these conditions we reserve the right to refuse any further collaboration or contact with you and if we feel it is a must, we will exercise our legal rights to put things right.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
